We are Casey and Shara Dabrowski, and our small diversified farm is near Warba, MN. With only 7 acres of woods and 2 acres of field, we have been slowly building up our infrastructure and incorporating more nature-friendly practices and permaculture principles.
Working alongside us are a flock of laying hens, a small herd of Saanen dairy goats, and Walter the cat (our self-appointed ‘manager’).
We enjoy growing food that is easy to grow, store and prepare; embracing the qualities of locally sourced natural materials to create usable everyday items; and skill building for personal growth and community resiliency. With professional backgrounds as a forester and insurance agent, in 2025 we officially launched Wild Edges Farm LLC.

Why “Wild Edges”?
Because wild edges are important! Studies have shown that field margins and areas with more diverse intersections between habitat types (such as hedgerows and meadow buffer strips) offer a number of benefits to the ecosystem. These wild edges provide more diverse bird and wildlife nesting and feeding areas, erosion control, beneficial insect habitat, and much more.
At our farm, we encourage the wild edges to grow and have had immense enjoyment seeing the diversity of wildlife that we didn’t see when we first moved to this property: more frogs, toads, snakes & songbirds that eat the garden slugs and grasshoppers for us; more bats to keep the mosquitos on their toes; and more wildflowers to feed the bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
The name “Wild Edges Farm” was born out of our drive to notice and nurture these wild edges all around us – at the intersections of field and forest, of forest and river, of meadow and path, and also the unique wild edges within ourselves and the people we meet. Our products & services all stem from a desire to encourage everyone to embrace the wild edges of nature in a way they are most excited about.
