Wild Edges Farm is a human-scale business run by two people striving to create high quality, durable goods you are excited to use and have in your home. We have chosen to operate the same way you would expect to do business with a friend or neighbor — by communicating clearly and honestly. Sometimes things go wrong and, when that happens, we want to make it right.
Refunds and exchanges
Purchases made online or in-person are generally non-refundable. If something was damaged in shipping, measured/described inaccurately or is otherwise defective, please contact us within a week of delivery to see what can be done to fix the discrepancy.
If you buy something, get what was advertised, and decide you don’t like it, consider gifting it to someone. Refunds are not available in this case.
There are no exchanges on items. The item you bought is yours to keep.
If an item was damaged during regular use and is in need of repairs, please reach out to see how we can help. You will be responsible for shipping costs and the agreed upon repair costs.
